Piracy of Music Industry
Published on November 13, 2003 By wrestlefreak In Music
I live in Canada. I know that in the world now there are major developments regarding music piracy. Now since we are so close to the USA, we sometimes believe that it is happening to us. Maybe we take things too for granted. One point I would like to make is that Music sales went up the first year that NAPSTER was created. Now i wonder jsut why the music industry was getting so upset, expecially when sales go up 2 % the same year that a program is developed to help eliminate buying Music. Here is one question that my proffessor said:

"If there is technolgy to copy things, does that make it legal to do it ?"

I will check back in a day or two and hope to see some answers.

There is technology to clone humans, is it legal? No. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

I must say, the question I find more interesting is this:

If there is a technology to copy things, does that make copying things illegal?
